    3. Navigate to the "FAQs & Support" option.
    4. Tap on "Report an Issue."
    5. Enter your name, email address, and a detailed description of your issue.
    6. Tap the "Send" button.

Our customer support team will respond to your ticket within 48 hours.

To help us quickly resolve your issue, please include the following information in your message:
• Your account username and email address
• Your purchased virtual number(s) (if applicable)
• A detailed description of the problem you're experiencing (the more details, the better!)
