We understand that you might be surprised to see charges after deleting the 2ndLine app. While deleting the app stops you from receiving calls and messages on your second number, it doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, you'll need to cancel your subscription directly through the app store (App Store account settings) where you purchased it.
Here's how to cancel your subscription:
Open the App Store app on your device.
Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Find the 2ndLine subscription and tap on it.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Once you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to your second number and any remaining minutes or texts until the end of your current billing period. After that, your second number will be deactivated, and you will no longer be charged.
If you're unsure about which app store account you used to purchase your subscription, you can check your email receipts or contact Apple Support for assistance.
If you have any further questions or need help cancelling your subscription, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We're here to help!
