Data Retention:
  • Reinstalling will not affect your messaging and calling data for iOS versions above  v13.

Reinstallation Steps:
  1. Back up your data (if applicable): Check your device settings or app settings to see if you can back up your data before proceeding.
  2. Delete the 2ndLine App.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Reinstall the 2ndLine App from the AppStore.
