2nd Line - Help & Support

Need to retrieve a conversation you tucked away in the 2ndLine App? The Hidden Chats feature lets you easily access previously hidden or archived chats. Here's how:

1. Explore Settings:

• Open the 2ndLine app. Navigate to "Settings" and scroll down until you find the "Show Hidden Chats" section, and turn on toggle switch.
  

2. Ta-da ! Your Hidden Conversations Await:

• Once activated, a list of all your hidden chats will appear. Simply tap on the desired chat to view its messages and continue the conversation.

Remember 

• Hiding a chat only removes it from the main chat list. The messages are still stored within the app.
• To unhide a chat, long-press on it in the Hidden Chats list and select "Show."
• If you're experiencing difficulties accessing Hidden Chats, contact 2ndLine support for further assistance.
