We understand that read receipts can be helpful for confirmation, but they can also be intrusive and create pressure for immediate responses. We respect your privacy and that of your recipients, so we chose not to include read receipts in our platform.
Understand Delivery:
- If your message delivery fails, you'll receive a notification letting you know with red visual feedback. This helps confirm the message hasn't reached the recipient.
