Need another phone number on 2ndLine? Here's how to quickly add one!


Why add additional numbers?

  • Privacy: Keep your personal number private for specific contacts or situations.
  • Business: Separate work and personal communication with dedicated numbers.
  • Multiple lines: Manage different aspects of your life with distinct phone numbers.


Adding a new number is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Open the 2ndLine app.
2. Navigate to the Messages, Recents, or Dialpad screen.
3. Tap on your current 2ndLine number.
4. Look for the "➕ Get one more number!" button.
5. Alternatively, you can go to the "Numbers" screen and find the "➕ Get one more number!" button.
6. Tap the button to start the purchase process.
7. Choose your favorite additional number.
8. Tap on "Confirm this number."
9. Tap "Continue" to proceed with the purchase for a small fee.
10. Repeat these steps for any other additional numbers you wish to add.
