Here are some quick steps to get you back on track:

1. Confirm your subscription: Ensure you have an active 2ndLine subscription. You can check your current status easily within the app.

2. Verify your Apple ID: Double-check that you're using the exact same Apple ID you used to purchase your 2ndLine number and subscription.


Here's how to find your Apple ID:

  • App  Store or iTunes: Open the App Store app and tap on your profile picture in the top right corner. Alternatively, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases. Your Apple ID email address will be displayed there.
  • Recent purchases: Recall the Apple ID you used for other recent App Store purchases. This should be the same one linked to your 2ndLine.


Why the correct Apple ID matters: 

  • Using the wrong Apple ID can prevent you from accessing your purchased 2ndLine number and subscription. Each Apple ID is tied to a specific iTunes account and purchase history.

3. Still can't restore? Contact support:

  • If you meet the above conditions and still can't restore your number, don't worry! Our support team can help. 

Here's what you need to do: 

  • Contact support at : [email protected]
  • Explain the issue and provide your Apple ID and phone number details.
  • We can attempt to restore your number within 48 hours after your request.

  • Remember to keep your subscription active to avoid losing your number.
